Mark Green told 652 graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay on Saturday they should do all they can to ensure that the 21st century is another "American century." The group receiving their diplomas included two "virtual" graduates. Rafal Banek of Des Plaines, Ill., and Paulette Vrem of St. Paul, Minn., are the first national graduates of BSN-LINC, an interactive, online nursing degree program.
