The Green Bay Police Department announced Tuesday that a convicted sex offender will be released into the community on Friday.
Jeremiah C. Johnson, 25, was convicted in 1997 of two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child. The victims were female, 13 and 14 years old.
Johnson has served the full sentence imposed on him by law and is not wanted by police at this time. He served to his maximum discharge date, which means he is not under any type of parole or probation supervision.
Green Bay police stress that citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
Upon release, Johnson will reside on Green Bay's west side, in an area west of Ashland Avenue, south of Ninth Street, north of Lombardi Avenue and east of Oneida Street. Johnson is a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown/blonde hair and green eyes.
Questions can be directed to Lt. Michael Graham of the Green Bay Police Department at 448-3236.
