Missing girl turns up in Illinois News-Chronicle A missing Green Bay girl has contacted her parents and will be returning home. Katie Williams, 15, had been missing since Oct. 14. Green Bay police said the girl called a family member in Illinois saying she wanted to come home. Katie's parents, Tom and Mary Williams, have gone to Illinois and the family will return home soon, police said.
