Champs The people behind the new Kress Family Library in De Pere got their payoff Tuesday when it opened. Considering all the battles it went through - most recently, the shutdown of its contractor - somebody should write a book about it. The proposal for a new plan to clean up Fox River PCBs has general backing and some ideas that may make it less costly than other cleanup plans. We'll believe it's happening, however, when we see the dirt - er, sediment - fly. If all Bob Hope had done was go and entertain troops during wartime, he'd be a Champ. Add in all his movies, TV shows, benefits, and generally impressive career, and there are a lot more than memories to thank him for. Chumps Neither the Central Brown County Water Authority nor the Green Bay Water Commission have covered themselves with glory in negotiations the past week. Country boy band Rascal Flatts has a new video complete with a brief flash of a bare bottom near the end. It's in heavy rotation on the country music channel CMT, with a disclaimer from comedian Mo Rocca in which Rocca bares his (photographically distorted) behind. Look, we're all for getting back to the roots of country music, but this is ridiculous.
