Sept 11 memorial events today News-Chronicle Several Sept. 11 memorials and events will take place today throughout Brown County. Among them are: - 8 a.m.: Patriot Day program in front of the Liberty Bell on the grounds of the Brown County Courthouse. Local officials, police and fire personnel and veterans will participate. - 8:30 a.m.: Memorial ceremony at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 2529 Holmgren Way, Ashwaubenon. Members of the Army Reserve 88th Regional Support Command will remember the attack on the Pentagon two years ago. A flag that flew over the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2002, will be raised. - 7-9 p.m.: "Remembering 9/11," at St. Norbert College's Coffrin Room 11. The films "Faith and Doubt and Ground Zero" and "The Rise and Fall of the Twin Towers" will be shown. A discussion will follow.
