I'm glad Richard Grasso has resigned from the New York Stock Exchange, which was the appropiraite thing to do. He took more than $140 million in compensation for a job that requires no risk, unlike those of most entrepreneurs.
He violated the trust of the institution and indirectly abused his power to regulate in order to take a most greedy lion's share of profits to fund his own lifestyle. Now that he has resigned, his contract should be abrogated.
