ASHWAUBENON - Results of an intensive investigation of a local woman by the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety led the department to refer the case to the Brown County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday.
The Ashwaubenon woman listed in the referral allegedly held parties in her home and provided students with alcohol and marijuana. Students from Ashwaubenon, Notre Dame, Preble and Southwest high schools reportedly attended the parties.
The charges, which date back to April, include distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, endangering safety recklessly, contributing to the delinquency of a child, knowingly allowing illegal consumption of alcohol on premises by underage persons and procuring, selling, dispensing or giving alcohol away to underage persons.
The District Attorney's office will review the case reports filed on the referral and determine which charges to file.
