Packers look for fan hall of famer
The Green Bay Packers are looking for a sixth person to join its Fan Hall of Fame.

Applicants can nominate themselves and a selection committee will narrow down the field to 10. Fans will have the chance to vote for the winner.

Fans can nominate themselves or a friend or relative with a 500-word (or fewer) essay. Each essay should have a photo included.

Nominations are due Oct. 30 and can be dropped off at the Lambeau Field Atrium or sent to Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, P.O. Box 10628, Green Bay, WI 54307-0628. The 10 finalists will be announced Nov. 20 and the winner will be announced Dec. 19.

Winners receive four club seats to the game at which they will be recognized, a $500 Packers Pro Shop gift certificate, and a trip for two to a 2004 away game (including game ticket, air fare and accommodations). The winner will be introduced at July's Packers Hall of Fame induction banquet and will have his or her name displayed at the Hall of Fame.
