Man arrested in burglary, shooting News-Chronicle Green Bay police early Saturday arrested a 17-year-old man in connection with an East Side house burglary and shooting at a bar. Police got a report from the 200 block of Quinton Street at about 10 p.m. Friday about a house burglary sometime between Tuesday and Friday. Among the items taken were two safes, one containing a Cobra 9mm handgun. About four hours later, police responded to a call of shots being fired into the air at bar closing time at Woodie's Bar, 700 Bodart Way. A vehicle stopped near the scene found the jammed Cobra handgun in the trunk of the car. Police said the suspect in the incident was also wanted in the burglary. The suspect, not yet named, should be in court Monday on charges of armed burglary, endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm, and possession of a firearm.
