The program is shown at 11 a.m. Sundays on WBAY-TV Channel 2.

Oneida

Casino food drive in final week
The Oneida Bingo & Casino’s Festival of Giving food drive ends Saturday. Participants can donate cash at Festival Foods in Green Bay, De Pere or Oshkosh or Tower Foods in Oneida and receive match play coupons and enter drawings. The final weekly drawing is Monday.

Brown County

MHC gets supplemental funding
A bill recently signed by Gov. Jim Doyle will provide additional state funding for the Brown County Mental Health Center, County Executive Carol Kelso announced on Monday.

The legislation requires the state to provide county nursing facilities with federal dollars generated with county funds through an intergovernmental transfer program. Kelso estimated the move would bring an additional $329,000 in federal revenues.

For last year, the county received $832,000, about $500,000 less than the previous year because of cuts in state funding.
