Madison Here come the tax forms You better not lie, you better not fudge - the state income tax forms are coming to town. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has started mailing 1,150,020 income tax forms in zip code order. It does not mail to those who filed electronically or used tax preparers. The department is encouraging electronic filing which costs less, usually has fewer errors, takes less time to process and results in faster refunds. More information on e-filing state returns will be available starting Jan. 15 at www.wisconsin.gov.
