A Green Bay woman who drove her vehicle through an FS Cooperative shed in Casco last summer has been convicted in Kewaunee County Circuit Court on a third offense of operating while intoxicated.
Angela L. Johnston, 33, has been sentenced to 75 days in jail, consecutive to a Brown County sentence, and ordered to pay $2,680. She also must undergo an alcohol assessment and attend a victim impact panel. Her driver's license has been revoked for 33 months.
According to the accident report, Johnston was driving east on State 54 shortly before 2 a.m. on June 21 when her vehicle left the road. She struck a corner of the shed and went through the lower portion of the wooden building.
Johnston, the sole occupant, was trapped inside the vehicle. Her blood-alcohol content registered .257 percent, more than double the legal limit.
The building, which sustained extensive damage, was torn down following the crash.
