Integrated Community Services, a local nonprofit human service agency that focuses on housing and rental assistance, has acquired Bastian Services Inc., which specializes in commercial properties in the Green Bay area. The company has been renamed ICS Property Management.
ICS Property Management will continue to provide a wide range of services from financial management and rent collection to routine lawn care, snow removal and maintenance services.
"The addition of the property management services is a great fit for our agency," said Jon Syndergaard, ICS Executive Director. "Our top priorities remain to provide the best customer service possible, assist agencies in getting closer to their missions and to help bring people and housing together."
Randy Roethle has been named property management leader and will oversee ICS Property Management. Roethle served most recently as a grounds technician at St. Norbert College and previously worked as a crew leader for the Wisconsin Conservation Corps. Roethle earned his bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and received a management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
