GREEN BAY
Scholarship foundation including Bellin College of Nursing

The Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation will be including a Bellin College of Nursing student in its yearly distribution of scholarship awards this fall. The addition of the $1,000 Bellin Scholarship, to its already long list of scholarships going to graduating high school seniors, came about because of LaViolette's history with Bellin.

The foundation honoring LaViolette, who was born Jan. 23, 1977, at Bellin Hospital, helps dozens of other students each year to realize those goals through the awarding of numerous scholarships and the sharing of LaViolette's story. It has awarded more than 170 scholarships since it was founded in LaViolette's memory in 1992.

For more information about the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation call Doug LaViolette at 405-9927 or visit www.briansjourney.com.
