Business briefs News-Chronicle GREEN BAY AllOver Media launches local franchise AllOver Media, an indoor/outdoor advertising company, has opened a franchise in Northeast Wisconsin to serve the Fox Valley and Green Bay markets. Owned and operated by Kris Bolstad, the franchise is based in Appleton with a field office in Green Bay. Privately held and based in Minneapolis, Minn., AllOver Media provides print and Flash-driven indoor billboards as well as gas pump advertising nationwide. The company has a presence in 50 U.S. markets, including franchises in Madison, Milwaukee, Eau Claire, La Crosse, and the Wisconsin Dells, and plans to award more than 150 franchises in the next two years.
