Local restaurant first stop on Cheney visit News-Chronicle Vice President Dick Cheney will certainly eat well on his visit to Wisconsin Friday, including breakfast in Green Bay and a bratwurst or two in Sheboygan Falls. Cheney, on a one-day campaign bus trip to Wisconsin, will start his day with what is described as a "coffee with community members" at 7:30 a.m. the Golden Basket Restaurant, 1350 S. Military Ave. No details were released by the campaign on who would be invited to the event. Cheney is bringing his wife, Lynne, on the trip. The vice president will appear at the Johnsonville Sausage plant near Sheboygan Falls at 11:55 a.m. for a town hall meeting, then attend another town hall meeting at 4 p.m. at the Midwest Airlines Center in downtown Milwaukee.
