Settlement terms for Green Bay water pipeline filed For The News-Chronicle The terms of out-of-court settlements the city of Green Bay recently reached with two parties over the compensation the city offered for easements with the Green Bay Water Utility, which draws water from Lake Michigan, are now on file with the Kewaunee County Clerk of Court's office. Harvey and Mary Paplham, E5157 First Road, and Maynard Kuehl of Kuehl Seed Farm, N4297 County E, Kewaunee, agreed to dismiss their cases against the city of Green Bay with prejudice and without costs to any party. Court records state that Kuehl Seed Farm accepted a $1,750 check for a permanent easement through a 1.665-acre strip of land for a water transmission line, while the city offered a $3,750 check to the Paplhams for an easement on a 3.528-acre strip of land.
