Mayor's Beautification Award winners named News-Chronicle Winners have been announced for the 2004 Beautification Awards issued by the Mayor's Beautification Committee. Additions - St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. Parks/open spaces - UW Extension offices flower garden. Graphics/signage - Olde Main Street marker. Artworks - Chandelier, Weidner Center. Civic Service - John Gilman and Ingrid Meng. Conservation of natural resources - Hollow Tree exhibit, Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
